RECIPES Sweet and Spicy Veal Chops

Cook Time: 1 hour
• 2 Veal Loin Chops, 3/4" thick
• 1 Large clove garlic, crushed
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
• 1/8 to 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
Combine garlic and 1/4 tsp pepper; press evenly on veal. In large
nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Place chops
in skillet and cook 9 to 11 minutes For medium doneness, turning once.
Remove veal; sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. salt. Keep warm.
Pour off drippings, if necessary. Add vinegar, Sugar and red pepper.
Cook and stir over high heat 30 seconds or until slightly reduced.
Pour sauce over chops.
