Succulent veal cutlets are enhanced by a robust Pizzaiola sauce featuring juicy, ripe, tomatoes, red peppers, garlic, fresh shallots and a touch of wine.
Step 1: Heat one Tblsp of vegetable oil in a saute pan on medium high heat. Dip Veal slices in seasoned flour (salt and black pepper).
Step 2: Saute Veal slices on both sides until evenly browned (about 45 seconds each side).
Step 3: Pour packet of Pizzaiola sauce over browned Veal slices and let simmer on medium heat for three to five minutes (turning Veal slices periodically) until completely heated. Remove from heat and serve.
