A rich, hearty, traditional Hunter Sauce compliments the tasty, tender veal cutlets with lots of chunky mushrooms, diced tomatoes and fresh shallots in a savory beef gravy.
Step 1: Heat one Tblsp of vegetable oil in a saute pan on medium high heat. Dip Veal Cutlet slices in seasoned flour (salt and black pepper).
Step 2: Saute Veal Cutlet slices on both sides until evenly browned (about 45 seconds each side).
Step 3: Pour Hunter Sauce packet over browned Veal Cutlet slices and let simmer on medium heat for two to three minutes (turning Veal Cutlet slices periodically) until completely heated. Remove from heat and serve.
